EUROFINA has been certified in conformity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 since 2004. The factory has been audited by both QIMA and ICS in 2018 and 2020 with a social score of 96%. Our goal is to consistently offer you environmental friendly and high quality products with strict quality inspections throughout the entire production process. We assume personal responsibility to use resources sparingly and do not use products that could harm human beings or the environment.
WORLD'S STRONGEST ADHESIVE
Outsole and foxing adhesion
We import the water-based adhesive from Japan's top manufacturer to ensure a bonding 4 times stronger than the standard quality requirements. Our rubber adhesive cements the outsole and foxing to the upper, creating a resilient and lasting adhesion. The physical test guideline for a shoe peel strength of sole bond is a force of 2.7kg/cm. Eurofins, a certified European tests making company has tested our shoes and concluded that the peel strength required to break the adhesion between the upper and the outsole/foxing was 9.5kg/cm which is almost 4 times over the standard. Also, there was no damage in the shoes after 100,000 flexing cycles due to the high amount of natural rubber used to manufacture the outsole/foxing.
